Product Description

CNC double head precision cutting saw for aluminum profile
Cutting saw for anti-collision steel beams for cars
Model:LJB2B-CNC-600*60001.Mainly used for cutting industrial aluminum profiles,
 aluminum doors and windows, curtain wall materials, and also used for
 cutting and blanking PVC and wood profiles.
2.Imported digital magnetic grid system automatically displays the
  cutting length, which has high precision of repeated positioning and
  convenient operation.
3.High-quality carbide saw blades for aluminum materials are selected,
with an outer diameter of 500MM-600MM, high linear speed and high machining
accuracy.
4.The high-precision spindle makes the saw blade rotate stably and
   effectively improves the surface quality of the workpiece.
5.Gas-liquid damping cylinder realizes uniform feed speed regulation and
  stable movement.
6.Adopt micro spray cooling device.
7.The machine head can rotate automatically, position and clamp in two
   directions, and can work independently with a single machine head.
8.Automatic opening and closing of protective cover makes operation
  safer.
9. The saw blade automatically swings at an angle of 22.5-157.5° , and
   the protective cover automatically opens and closes, which makes the
   operation safer.

The imported high-speed spindle direct connected motor is mounted with diamond saw blade.
The saw blade feed is driven by gas-liquid damping cylinder, and the cutting is stable.
