Manual corner crimping machine for aluminum
1. It is suitable for angle-code punching and riveting connection of aluminum doors and windows. The power is controlled by hydraulic system, and the work is stable and reliable.
2. The left punch and the right punch are driven by a hydraulic cylinder through a mechanical linkage mechanism, thus realizing the synchronous feeding of the working rigidity of the two punches, avoiding the useless deformation in the corner assembly process and making the window corner connection firmer.
3. Convenient operation, small joint error and good effect of making doors and windows.
4.Threaded connection adjusts the distance between the front and rear corner cutters, which makes it more convenient to set the cutters.
5.LED work lights are set on the countertop, which makes the operation more accurate, practical and convenient, and reduces the rejection rate.
