Equipment Characteristics
☆ This machine for different specifications of material industrial aluminium profiles, copper, UPVC profiles, radiators, motor shells, new energy vehicles, aluminium parts of high-precision sawing material, suitable for sawing demand for high precision requirements of various industry products.
☆ The machine adopts German Siemens numerical control system, which has strong arithmetic processing ability, high reliability, excellent communication ability, strong expandability, simple programming and foolproof operation.
☆ This machine achieves no tail material sawing, X-axis travel up to 3 metres, can achieve continuous feeding, reciprocating feeding, multi-size feeding mode arbitrary switching.
☆ The electric motor adopts high-power permanent magnet frequency conversion motor loaded with carbide cutting tools, higher cutting speed, cutting surface is smooth and burr-free, improve product qualification rate.
☆ Y-axis adopts servo motor screw drive square track as auxiliary, high precision, cutting feed and back knife speed can be adjusted at will.
☆ The whole machine is fully sealed design to achieve automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic oil spraying, automatic sawing, automatic material avoidance, the whole machine runs efficiently and with high safety.
☆ The key components such as screws, guide rails, servo motors, pneumatic components, low-voltage electrical appliances and other key components are all imported from international brands, thus ensuring the accuracy and stability of the products for long-term and efficient operation.
