3. Functions:

1. Automatically process the double IGU and triple IGU.

Select double IGU mode or triple IGU mode in the main menu interface;
In the working state, when there is no glass in the panel press section, the double IGU and triple IGU modes can be switched at will.

1. Automatic Start; Stop.

Press "Automatic Start" button and it getting green, the IG line will work in automatic mode;
Press "Stop" button and the "Automatic Start" button getting red, the IG line work in debugging mode, which means each action of each section can be tested separately.

 

1. Automatic Low-E coating detector. 

Carbon fiber conductive brushes is used for Low-E glass detection. 

1. Offset IGU automatic processing.

Offset IGU processing controlled by servo motor.

X axis adjustable range is 0-100mm; Y axis adjustable range is 0-50mm.
 

1. Both outside and Inside assembly:

Outside assembly: Simple and intuitive, stable and efficient, with few failures;
Inside assembly: it's necessary for online argon inflation; at the same time, it is a supplement to the outside assembly function.

1. Panel press be controlled by servo system.

It will automatically adjust the torque and pressing time according to the glass size and spacer specification.

1. Glass thickness measure: equipped in the section 04(the spacer placement section).

When you process various thickness of glass, no need to input the thickness manually, it's convenient to the workers and less error by labor.
At the same time, there is the manual "Thickness Set" button in the interface for standby.
 

1. Remote monitor function.

The remote module is adopted for a stable and reliable function. It can remotely monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time to help customers find out and solve problems.
It's useful when the customer need to upgrade the system in future.


4. Technical references for each section:

1. Section 01: input conveyor.

1. The back plate with universal wheels, and the bottom transfer wheels are equipped with auxiliary load-bearing brackets.

These details are improved to be friendly to the processing of jumbo glass.Bottom convey rollers: made of high wear-resistant polyurethane.

1. The driving wheel at the end of input conveyor can help to feed the small glass into washing section.

The green button can help to start or stop conveying separately.

1. Section 02: glass washing and drying section:

1. Main steel structure parts: Carbon steel welding + aging treatment, stable and non-deformation, to eliminate the internal stress of materials and welding joints to the maximum extent and ensure long-term mechanical accuracy;
2. Stainless steel material and corrosion-resistant material adopted for all washing area, water tank, and waterway system.

All bearing bases are made of stainless steel.
 

1. The water tank has water heating function, water temperature is controlled by OMRON temperature controller.

The water heating function can be turned on or off separately, which is controlled by the water heating button on the control panel (button 3 in the picture below).
When water heating is turned on, the temperature control meter screen lights up and the heating temperature can be set.

It is recommended to turn on water heating when the environment temperature is less than 7 ºC.
 

1. Conveying rubber rollers: acid and alkali resistant rubber rollers, can automatically adjust the distance according to different glass thickness.
2. Conveying rubber rollers be controlled by VFD.
3. Brush bearing is self-aligning bearing, with long service life and high precision.
4. The unique design of the spray system, spray angle arbitrary adjustment, easy and convenient cleaning and maintenance; The front end of the cleaning room is equipped with stainless steel baffle to prevent the water from spraying out of the cleaning room due to the rotation of the brush, which makes the back plate of section 01 deformed and damaged due to long-term damp.
5. The 6 brushes are driven by 6 motors independently, which will not affect the other motors working when any of them has problems.

1. The connection mode of brush and motor is coupling, the brush motor and brush are directly connected, and there will be no slip or motor idling phenomenon.

1. The front 3 brushes are soft brushes with diameter 0.08 mm, which are suitable for Low-E glass washing, to prevent the film damage;

The back 3 brushes are hard brushes with diameter 0.2 mm, which are suitable for washing ordinary glass.

1. High-speed air blower equipped with air heating device, can quickly dry the glass, air heating function is very useful in high humidity or low temperature countries and area. Air heating can be started / stopped separately.

 The front air knife adapts to the glass thickness and is always in the best blowing position.

1. Low noise & high pressure air blower, with external air intake and internal circulation.

1. Both bottom conveying rollers and auxiliary back wheels are adopted for glass conveying in the drying area, to prevent the glass from touching the air knives.

• The driving wheel at the end of glass washing section can help to feed the small glass into next section.

1. Section 03: Transition section.

1. Conveying wheels in the backplane: metal base, silent wheels, not easy to leave wheel mark/trace on the glass surface.

1. Two small glasses can be parked at the same time to improve work efficiency.

1. Section 04: Lights Inspection & Alu. spacer placement;Be made of aluminum-alloy profiles, with beautiful appearance.

The back plate is equipped with a movable door (with lock), which is convenient for workers to enter and check the cleaning condition of t
